One tasty blueberry and black current jam tart!Yesterday was market day. We picked up several pounds of pears, blueberries and apples. We also found an apple chipotle sauce, grassfed beef, fingerling potatoes, zucchini, and mini eggplant.
Today was too gorgeous to stay home, so we hit the road. We went hiking on the Iron Goat Trail up in the mountains. We hiked 9 miles, with the first 2 straight up! phew! Anni did a great job, but was really, really hungry afterward!
